Funds Remaining

Click on this PDF* to see funds remaining for the program, as of 3:00 p.m., April 28, 2008. This is based on completed "Proof of Work Orders" and required documentation submitted by participating retailers. *Updated by 5 p.m. each Monday and Friday, and more often if data is available.

Program Documents

The agency requires a Proof of Work Order form be completed to reserve program funds for each installation, as well as submission of a signed Certificate of Destruction form ensuring the old stove or insert is properly scrapped, before a retailer or contractor is reimbursed for a redeemed coupon. These forms are included in the packet sent to participating retailers; downloadable copies are also available here.

Faxed documents can be sent to 206.284.9409. Please mail originals to 1411 Fourth Avenue, Suite 1210; Seattle, WA 98101.

Not a participating retailer or contractor yet? Sign up!

If you are a heating or hearth products retailer or contractor and you would like to participate in the Puget Sound Wood Stove Replacement Program, you will need to complete an agreement with the Clean Air Agency. You may also need to register with the Northwest Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association if you are a hearth products retailer, and/or confirm your participation in the program with your local utility if you are a utility incentive program contractor.
