Puget Sound Clean Air Agency

Climate Protection Initiatives

The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is committed to acting locally on climate change, and is engaged in efforts to achieve practical greenhouse gas reductions now. By partnering with other organizations and agencies at the city, county and state level, we educate the public about climate protection, promote alternative fuels, and provide assistance to help local jurisdictions develop their own climate programs. We also work with partners on regional and state issues as opportunities arise, such as our recent legislative work around the Clean Cars Initiative.

Working together, we strive to ensure healthy air, healthy communities, and a healthy future for our region.

Some of our climate protection initiatives are featured below.
