Smog Watch cancelled

Jun. 28, 2006 — The Smog Watch in effect since Saturday, June 24, has been cancelled, thanks to the high pressure that was stalled over the area moving east and allowing cooler marine air to circulate in and clear the smog.

Thanks to everyone who took voluntary steps to try to reduce pollution levels during the Smog Watch. You can continue to keep an eye on current and forecasted air quality conditions at our Web site -- www.pscleanair.org. And you can always help protect the summer air you breathe by driving less and choosing non-gas-powered yard and recreation equipment.
