We are located in downtown Seattle on Third Avenue between Stewart and Virginia streets, across the street from Macy's. Our suite entrance is up a flight of stairs to the right of the elevators in the Third Avenue lobby. For handicap access, please notify agency staff prior to your visit.

8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays

 

Parking downtown is expensive, so consider driving alternatives.

Transit

Many convenient bus routes will bring you right downtown, and you can read, nap or just enjoy the view while someone else does the driving. Use the Trip Planner to plan transit trips within King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.

 

Bicycling

Bicycles receive special treatment on Third Avenue.  The City of Seattle restricts Third Avenue to bicycles and buses – no cars – during the morning (6-9 a.m.) and evening (3-6:30 p.m.) peak commute times. A bike rack is located outside our building on Third Avenue, next to the parking pay station. Additional bike racks are available for free in the parking garage just a few yards north. Ride or walk your bike up the parking garage ramp. Bike racks are located just past the parking attendant booth to the right. After locking your bike, enter the building through the door to the right of the bike racks (you'll be on the Intermediate Level, "IL"), follow the hallway (through its various left and right turns) to the elevator lobby and take the elevator down to the Third Avenue level. 

Please remember or print these directions to reach our suite from the bike racks in the garage.

 

Parking

Parking is available in our building at the Securities Building garage. Entrances are on both Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue. Take the Securities Building’s elevator to the Third Avenue level.
