Approved Air Operating Permits

Air Operating Permits, which are also referred to as Title V permits, are required for major sources of air pollution. These permits must be renewed every five years. Draft air operating permits are open to public comment for 30 days before they are issued or renewed and will be posted in the Permits Open for Comment section of this site.
