Description

Milgard Manufacturing Inc. is seeking to modify condition 10 of Notice of Construction Approval Order #9461. Milgard is asking the agency to raise the volatile organic compound content limit for their paints from the current limit of 0.2 pounds per gallon to their proposed new limit of 0.24 pounds per gallon on an annual average basis. Milgard is proposing to compensate for the potential increase in volatile organic compound emissions by lowering their annual paint usage limit from the current 47,000 gallons per year to 37,600 gallons per year.
